thawed frozed milk

Hello everyone,

This is my first time posting. I have a question that stumped me!

A client is asking me how long previously frozen breastmilk is good at room
temperature after it is thawed. The reason she is asking is because she has
just gone back to work and her son is not too interested in taking the bottle.
This means her childcare provider has to have the warmed milk out of the
fridge for quite some time while coaxing the baby to drink. So how long can it
stay out?
