From General MIlls web site , they say they have a 50-50 joint venture with 
Nestle to distribute their foods. This is in Mexico but not the Caribbean or 
other areas of South America. Per their info Nestle is the biggest distributor 
(and therefore known name) of cereal in Mexico which is why they entered into 
this joint venture.
