the expressed mother's milk from a different mom than it's own?
Especially with transfer of infectious diseases.>>

The American Dietetic Association has a sample protocol for "Handling Breasdtmilk Errors" in their publication "Infant Feedings: Guidelines for Preparation of Formula and Breastmilk in Health Care Facilities." Their website is www.eatright.org Hope that helps.
