Iīve seen a couple of cases of very resistant thrush that only resolved
after the usual treatment with fluoconazol AND changes in the motherīs
diet and her environment, and that includes her partner. Less sugar,
less yeast in general, avoid mushrooms, cheeses, beer, etc. Take
supplements of acidofilus, unsweetened yogurt., and treat the partner,
as yeast is a "family" problem. There are several good pages on the
internet that deal with what I call, a "contextual" treatment of thrush.
From the top of my head I remember Pat Gimaīs and Becky Floraīs. "The
Yeast Connection Handbook" by William G. Crook is also a good read.
