Hi Nikki:

There are mango, sweet potatoes (but depends on the variety), palm  
oil, liver, eggs, dark green leafy vegetables (fresh, not dried in  
the sun) ---- many different sources.  Work done in Bangladesh showed  
the a wide variety of vegetables worked better than just one.

I think there are four or five studies now that replicate Coutsoudis'  
research.  Thanks for the statistics.
