I'm sorry to post this to the list.  I attempted to reply to the address to the person who requested information on this. I got back an automated message that I had to be approved for her inbox due to the large quantity of spam and I had to click on a link and fill out a form. A bit annoyed because I'm at work and trying to be helpful, I clicked on it anyhow, but got an error message saying that there was no such page. So if you want to talk to me about the OB/Gyn clinic I work in you can e-mail me and you won't have to fill out any form.
