I give out the book BonAppetite' Baby A breastfeeding guide to all my first time moms and those moms that have had a few years between births. I have my lactnet mail at home because I don't have the time at work to read it. email me privately and I'll be happy to get the particulars for you. The majority of my moms love it. It has a journal area in the back. It also has questions and answers regarding their birth experience. It's not that big and is easy reading. I just had one mom that said it's kind of long but she is reading it. I suggested that she just read whatever topic she happens to have any questions about and if she isn't happy with what she finds in the book she can call me. I think if you order in bulk it's about $2.50 something a piece. Some hospitals give out pumping kits. Not all women need to rent a pump or have luck with the same pump so I decided books would be better for me.
