Perhaps you want to address her underlying concern, which seems to be 
the perception that bf is dangerous and unreliable. If she sees that the 
entire staff is clued in to baby's health and is not going to let a baby 
get into trouble because of feeding difficulties, she'll calm down. 
Perhaps you can come to some agreement with her first, perhaps a 
statement of joint goals, and then educate her on how those can be met 
without jeopardizing breastfeeding.
