I have a question re need for formula that was given as reason to mom of 34.5 
wk premie.  She was told baby needed to have formula because antibiotics were 
being given.  This was immediately after birth by c-sec and mom was not given 
the chance to supply her baby with expressed colostrum.  Any rationale for 
this?
