In your experiences/practices, do you use gel pads as a rule to treat sore nipples? If so, what kind do you prefer? Which kinds do you not like?
Do you use the Lily Pad at all? Do you like it or not?

The only Lily Padz that I am fimilar with are the ones for stopping leaking. These are not for soreness.

For relief of soreness (besides fixing the problem) is Ameda's gel pads. Here at Nevada WIC we are using Soothie brand and they are pretty good, too. But If I had a choice it would be Ameda Egnel's ComfortGel Hydrogel pads
