I so agree with Betsy. 
 In my experience a moderate, sensible approach with most women and
medical staff works better than an extreme or militant approach.  
I have worked with many, many mothers who just want to use some formula. 
No matter what I say or don't say.  I do not want to give the tiniest
hint of anything that could be perceived as shaming to a new mother.
