I'm responding to two questions -- not because they're related but because both were asked by Mary Kay!

Also, I've never heard of silicone or saline injections for augmentation. I can tell you that silicone implants are being reintroduced. The research data does not and never did support the claims that led to the class action suit, resulting in them being removed from the market.
