I have a mother with bilateral upper nipple sores/scabs from where her 8 
month old child's tooth is rubbing. Mother has tried repositioning, which 
is difficult because the baby prefers to nurse in her usual position. She 
is not biting, the tooth is just rubbing and mother is very sore. She never 
had any problems with the lower incisors. Soothing creams to her nipples 
have not been effective ...probably because of the repeated tissue trauma. 
Any suggestions? Thanks-Sherry
