The Northside Parents Network in Chicago did this once about two years
ago and the bags were great! There were free samples of Lansinoh,
mother's milk tea, breast pads, Weleda diaper cream and lotion, a
Mothering magazine, LLL materials, a Motherwear catalog, a coupon for a
free one-week pump rental from a local pharmacy, some coupons for
discounts on post-natal yoga classes and some local mommy and me type
classes from various organizations. Hmm, what else, I can't remember
everything right now, but the rest was mostly coupons and
advertisements. I think giving out before the hospital is a good idea.

good luck,
