Oh, absolutely. I wasn't arguing that point at all. I am closely
associated with most of the IBCLC's and peer counselors who work at the
WIC offices in my county and adjoining counties, and I have nothing but
the utmost respect for them and their efforts!
I don't badmouth WIC at all... in fact, I think it's one of the few
federal programs that actually does what it was intended to do.
