Way behind on LactNet so will be interested to see what others say. Just FYI, Rifampin turns urine an orangish color so may affect breastmilk the same way...

Anyone with experience with mom with TB and breastfeeding? She now has neg
sputums and has 2 more months of treatment. Is due to deliver in next few
weeks. Is on Inh, rifampin, ethambutol and vit b6. According to Hale looks
like these drugs are compatible. Any other thoughts on this? thanks for
