Do you have a welcome-mail? If you can find it you are welcome to e-
mail it to me and I'll translate the necessary bit. I found the 
subscribe info though on the internet and I guess if you do the 
following you will be unsubscribed:

Send an email with the following body

"UNSUB LACTNET-DE your-email-here".
