In the women I've seen in my practice I've never felt a need to do more
than clinical management to control an oversupply, but have noted the
various herbals, drugs, etc that have been used.
You may be interested in this report on pseudoephidrine before considering
this drug to use for oversupply or lactation suppression.

myocardial infarction even in healthy young people, according to a case
