Hi, Winnie:  Actually my IL plate says LACTATE on it with the back plate
holder engraved with BREASTFED IS BESTFED.  I got the plate holders in CA
at a flea market where apparently they will engrave anything you want on
anything you want.  I also had them engrave LACTATE on a IL license plate-
shaped key chain holder.  I've had these plates for years and back in my
mostly kidless days I drove a British racing-green '78 MG convertible.  I
had a guy pull up in the lane next to me on a beautiful top-down day in a
van and yell to me that he liked my license plate.  I'm sure he really
meant he liked my car.
