Wow Pat--what an experience.  How does one get to be the zoo LC?  Anyway,  
the surgeon who will do the gallbladder surgery won't operate until mom is 
healed from the c-section.  He is recommending the low-fat diet in the meantime.  
What fats could mom take that would not do the gallbladder further harm?  What 
about supplements?
