Regarding the request for advice about what to do in this situation:  how 
SHOULD I handle the situation of the malnourished 8 month old, who is not 
FTT enough to go in the hospital?

If the office has on occasion bought groceries for someone who needed them, 
maybe the office will have to buy a supply of formula to keep on hand for 
just an occasion?
