I have searched the Lactnet archives and the WHO site as well as some of my
print references, but I am not coming up with a reference for the WHO
statement that formula is the fourth choice for infant feeding. The Lactnet
archives contain a couple of messages seeking an answer to the same question,
but responses were apparently sent privately.

While I was googling I came across this:

http://www.babymilk.nestle.com/FAQ/HomeFAQ.htm

--which caused me to flee the room shrieking. But I'm back, to send this
email so I can finish my letter to the New York Times about their coverage of
the study on the antioxidant capacity of expressed milk. I hope others will
do the same.
