it's been around for quite awhile. the bugaboo for some people is that
it's not FDA approved for use as an infant formula and the labeling says
'toddler formula'. however, it's made to the same specifications and
with the same fortification as infant formula so imo it's an acceptable
or even better choice than commercial formula.
it does use brown rice syrup as the sweetener though which i'm not crazy
about for a baby....
and the soy one? well, i think those should be outlawed....if a baby
isn't nursing, isn't getting human milk, and can't tolerate milk
formula then they should be on the
nutramigen/pregetimil/alimentum/neocate/neosure route.
