I would think that it would be sashimi, raw fish, that would be of concern, if anything was. I can't imagine that the many kinds of sushi that do not contain any raw fish, or other animal product that has not been cooked, would be of concern. I would even think that the nori (flat, dried seaweed), which many varieties of sushi contain, would be a very good food for consumption during pregnancy and lactation.
