Aloha,

I enjoy the wealth of new info I learn on Lactnet everyday.   I did some more
searching.   An article on Medline mentions that only 1% of injectable B-12
is absorbed.   I could not find anything on how much is absorbed orally.   Am I
correct in assuming less?   I could not find any numbers as to what would be
considered too much only the RDA.

I know this is going off topic now, but I would appreciate if anyone could
e-mail me privately with any information.
