thanks for responding JP, to my question on dosages. there seems to be such a wide variation in doses that others use. these researchers uses domperidone (10 mg orally 3 times daily) see http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/articlerender.fcgi?tool=pubmed&pubmedid=11202662 and this abstract doesn't state dosage http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=PubMed&list_uids=3894101&dopt=Abstract seems we need some more trials!
