I have come to like the starter SNS. When it first came out, it leaked very
badly. The current version doesn't leak, and some hospitals give it away. It
fits on the disposable formula bottle that is given away free in this area,
and also on the Medela bottle. The flow can only be varied by the height of
the bottle. I find it is best for short term, early supplementing, and  that
parents find it less intimidating than the large SNS.
