HIPPA is for healthcare providers. That's why we can get so many
advertisements (and formula!)from other sources.

When I my a baby in March of 1997, I still received a case of similac
ready to feed during the week of my due date.  And I had not even filled
out the little welcome home card from my OB/GYN.  The office must have
turned my name into them in some manner.
