Mardrey,  I sent that post before I had finished it.  I have never seen
patents on human lactoferrin for use in shampoos.  But I have seen the various
shampoos being marketed with lactoferrin in it.  So I did not mean to sound as if
I was dismissing your comments.  I am sure there are patents on this, just I
have been looking at all the human lactoferrin patents for use in infant
formula, drugs, and vaccines.
