This sounds to me like totally normal feeding patterns for a 9 week old
baby, except that he doesn't nurse as often at night as I would expect.
Frequent feedings and "catnaps" are perfectly normal. I am sure the mother's
breasts feel fuller in the morning than in the evening because she is not
nursing much during the night. (I would guess that the baby is not in the
mother's bed and so is sleeping longer.) It is the "sleeping from 10 pm. to
6 am." that I would consider unusual.

I would encourage the mother, if possible, not to keep track of feeding
times and frequency, but just to go about her day, keeping the baby with her
and feeding when he wants to feed. Keeping baby in a sling makes this much
easier, and he can sleep there too.
