Magda, I'm pleased to see you encouraging debate on this important topic!  I
think that our naivety re marketing issues may arise partly from being women
and "nice", kind health professionals.  The marketing people are
well-trained and "nice" folk that listen to us and make us feel important.
They provide workshops, diaries, cakes, pens etc which our places of work
often don't.  In this part of the world, the Code of Marketing of Breastmilk
Substitutes is often unknown and mostly misunderstood.  (We have a new draft
in it's final stages and it will eventually be legislated - so maybe things
will change?)  I look forward to further discussion.....
