I seem to recall hearing that fenugreek causes a "homeoglycemic"
rather than "hypoglycemic" response.  In other words, if blood sugar
is high, it will lower it to normal range but if b.s. is normal, it
won't lower it below that point.
Can anyone confirm this?  If so, are there references we can cite?
