Sounds like I am in a lucky situation..... I get paid for all hours I work
as an LC in the hospital, I don't really have set LC hours, I work as a
nurse 2 days per week and do some LC stuff then when its slow, and then if I
go in a few hours another day of the week I get paid for that. I even get
paid for checking the messages daily in the LC office, I do this from home,
log my time and put it in once a month. In a small rural hospital, this is
the only way it can work.Admin is very supportive of this service and values
it.
