Good morning.

I just want to write and briefly say that I see tempers flaring...a bit.
I would like to remind you that we appreciate your notes, and all notes
that are respectful in tone. I believe that we must be careful in tone.
We have professionals of all types here, and my focus for this list is
to have a lively and educated interchange without the conflict that
plagues other lists. We will continue, hopefully, to  ask questions and
discuss points of difference in respectful ways.  Getting personal is
not helpful, or constructive...so let's leave that by the wayside.
