>I will be presenting a talk on failure to thrive at a conference next
month.
I know I like to receive handouts when I listen to a speaker, and so I
usually give out handouts when I give presentations. This time I'm stumped
as
to what to give out, though. Does anyone have handouts on failure to thrive
that they would be willing to share?<

You could give a link to the ABM protocol on supplementation, to the diaper
diary, and a reference to Jack Newman's article on Dehydration and the
'breastfed' baby (JHL) -- I have had particular appreciation of the decision
making tree in this article. If you look at the references in the article I
co-wrote for MIDIRS in Sept 2002 (my co-author is neonatologist, Sam Oddie),
there might be further references you would consider useful.
