I just got a question from a concerned mother in Israel.  In the view of the recent political events, there is much worry about the future and well-being of our children.  The question is "We are being given special masks for children under 3.  Supposedly, a child can be in this mask in a sealed room up to 4 yours.  How can I nurse?"  

I have a suspicion that 4 hours aren't going to save lives.:-(  Any optimistic answers?
