Dr. Hatcher's website is www.managingcontraception.com   He is at work on a
revision of his book of the same name.  The book is neat and contains a
whole section (very accurate) about LAM and 15 or so other references to
breastfeeding. It is small (pocket sized), with photos of diff. kinds of
pills in color, several pages with illustrations on pill warning signs (like
blood clots in lungs, etc) and a page with the dosage for use of both
progestin only and combined pills for use as emergency contraception.  This
is presenting along with a diagram of decision making steps for people
assisting a woman who has been sexually assaulted.
