The car seat point is especially important since so many babies seem to spend 
so much time in these....I also mention to parents that they can recline 
these seats further by placing a towel or something under the base-foot end, 
diaper changes mid feed (rather than at the end), and bringing the stroller 
(better quality with multi positions)in the house, as this allows for 
positioning at the most desirable angle AND easier *nesting*, if this helps 
to comfort. 
Out of curiosity Barbara, did your described baby arch his back or exhibit 
any other signs to point to reflux of this severity?
