Harriet,
Could it be something as simple as improper storage? Even as experienced as I was with having my 3rd exclusively breastfed/human milkfed daughter I still stored my milk improperly. Sure I did all the right things but with more people in and out of our freezer now I needed to adjust the temperature down more and put the milk deeper inside. My husband told me she wouldnt eat, so when I got home and tasted the milk ............yikes, bad sour taste. I had no idea that it could make such a difference. She was so happy to get the fresh stuff I had just pumped. Threw out the milk I had stored in that part of the freezer and started a new improved supply.
