I just have to put my 2-cents in here because I got this same response when
I tried to get my hospital to consider Baby Friendly. It is so absurd to me
that we (actually, not "we" but apparently the powers that be) decide we
shouldn't provide a high level of support for breastfeeding - a responsible
"choice" because we don't want to make bottle feeding mothers feel guilty -
a poor health "choice". Doesn't that seem completely and totally and
utterly absurd?

Okay, I know, I'm preaching to the choir here.
