In our office we see BF babies now within 72 hours, bottlefed around one -
two weeks, BF again at two week intervals, unless things are obviously going
well (you know the kid who is gaining 1/2 to 1 lb/week :-)  We can schedule
vss when we want, and I personally like to keep an eye on new babies, answer
parent questions, reassure etc.  I think a gap from 2 weeks to 2 mo is
