Although, in our culture it is "okay" to choose not to breastfeed, but
not "okay" not to like sex.  So it would be easier to find an excuse not
to breastfeed than to not have sex.  Also, I think that a lot of sexually
abused/shamed women end up being promiscuous, rather than avoiding sex
altogether.  I'm not sure why this happens but anecdotally I get the
impression that it is a more common problem.  I understand that you're
assuming that it's a healthy relationship, but I'd venture that the same
women who are shunning breastfeeding as icky due to abuse issues have not
worked through them enough to be in a healthy sexual relationship.
