I agree, Denise.
We could reserve ''overactive milk ejection reflex'' for those situations
that milks starts running when it's not supposed to, like in the middle of an
manages meeting or while shopping and hearing a baby cry. And we could use
forcefull, or perhaps rather over-forcefull mer for those situations that
milk comes out faster or with more force than the child at breast can handle.
