Feeling creative this morning...
How about "Tummy to mummy
           when at breast.
           And that cute little chin
           should touch the breast."

IMHO, regardless of where chin, nose, belly, etc., are
contacting Mama's body, it is important to teach that
Baby needs to be in a well supported and correct (read
"secure and comfortable") anatomic alignment,
regardless of what position and latch techniques are
used. Commonly, I see Moms who tell me they do not
like football hold, and when they show me how they are
setting it up, most often Baby is lying on his/her
back, along Mom's side, with chin pointing toward the
shoulder to reach the breast. Simply rolling the baby
over to lateral position ("tummy to mummy"---Thanks
Heather!!) often solves the problem.
