I recommend "idiomatic bottle feeding" for breastfeeding mothers who
need to use a bottle.  It's using the bottle similarly to the way one
would use a breast, including cuing the baby to gape widely and latch
deeply, and reducing flow by keeping the nipple half full of air by
tipping the bottle less.  Dee Kassing makes similar points in her article.
