How many of us find that *the nose is free* when there's a deep asymmetrical
latch with the chin well dug in? For my part, I don't feel I've facilitated
a really good latch anymore if the nose is touching, unless it's a billowy
breast. Newman and Pitman (Ultimate breastfeeding book of answers) has good
pictures of deeply-latched, nose-off-breast babies.
If a majority of us agree, you might want to suggest to the editors that
they'll be more up-to-date if they change the rhyme.
