Here and now is so important for us all, but new moms in particular. It
seems
that as it gives clients responsibility for their "outcomes" it is also
very
empowering.
Seems like a crash course in reality therapy would be a great session at
an ILCA meeting or other BF conference.

It is also possible that reality therapy is a reaction to traditional
psychotherapy which often delves into the past to find meaning and ways
to solve current problems.
