Just a note on the relationship between Wal-Mart and stores within
Wal-Mart stores.  The eyeglass shops, beauty parlors and portrait
studios may be independently managed and not officially part of the
Wal-Mart.  They are, in effect, tenants.  While their actions may
reflect upon Wal-Mart they don't directly reflect Wal-Mart policy.  When
complaining or praising one needs to be careful to to address the
correct company for maximum effectiveness.
