Can somebody help me out quickly here?  I need to find the CDC statement that
breastmilk is not a "bodily fluid" and is not subject to universal
precautions.  Turns out our state daycare licensing agency has been telling
people that.  Somebody, please, where is it?  (I'll keep looking).
