Dear Nikki, I think we took it in the spirit you offered.  Don't beat
yourself up, it was funny wording.  Anyway, years ago I worked 3 times (3
babies) with a mom who was severely burned on the left breast as a child.
The nipple was essentially obliterated.  She had difficulty with left breast
engorgement, which wasn't as bad with 2 subsequent babies.  Nursed each baby
completely with one breast.  I think I've written before on Lactnet about
this.  But this was severe deep burns.  I agree, whenever this young woman
gets pg and has her baby, nurse early and often to head off engorgement and
